STI+

  • 1. If you have tested positive for an STI you are obliged to inform your recent sexual contact(s) (in the past 6 months) of your diagnosis.
  • 2. If you would rather not contact them yourself, we can anonymously send your contact(s) the following SMS text message –
  • Nassau Sexual Health Clinic - One of your recent sexual contacts has a Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) - ( chlamydia or gonorrhoea or syphilis). They asked us to contact you & provided us with your mobile number alone (we do NOT have any other information whatsoever). We will NOT keep your mobile number on file. Under GDPR we are permitted to send you an SMS without your prior consent, on the basis that the SMS is being sent to protect your vital interests and for the provision of healthcare. It is important that you arrange an STI Screen soon. If you wish to book with us you can do so via this link https://www.nassau.ie/book Nassau Clinic / Weekend Doctor.
  • 3. If you want us to issue an anonymous SMS to your recent sexual contact(s) then please list their mobile number(s) in the following box - if more than one then please use a comma to separate them - do NOT provide any name or other identifiers, ONLY the mobile number.
  • 4. So that we know who it is that is asking us to issue an anonymous SMS please provide us with your contact details –
  • DD dash MM dash YYYY
  • Your personal information (listed above) will not be disclosed to your contacts – the SMS that we will issue will only identify the Nassau Clinic and our website www.Nassau.ie
